COUNCIL RETAIL SHOP

The Riverland Council Shop is here for all of your Girl Scouting needs. We carry uniforms for all levels as well as patches, badges and other Girl Scout merchandise.

Our shop hours are as follows:
Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Closed on Sundays

Shop Orders
There are several ways that you may place your order. You may call the Riverland Council Shop at: (608) 784-3693 or call our toll free number at 1-800-787-2688. Or fax in your order at: (608) 784-3613.

Also for your convenience you can download an order form that you may print out and send in. All orders must be prepaid. You may pay by cash, check, money order, check card or credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. If anything is backordered at GSUSA or we don't have it here, we will special order it for you. Special orders take 3 to 4 weeks. Please note that if you would like your items shipped, there will be a shipping charge added to your order:

• Up to $5.00 - $2.00
• $5.01 to $19.99 - $2.50
• $20.00 to $29.99 - $3.50
• $30.00 to $39.99 - $4.50
• $40.00 to $49.99 - $5.50
• $50.00 and up - $6.50

Leader Requested Shop Orders
The council shop does not have troop or District Field Executive accounts. This means troops will not receive merchandise until payment is received at the council. District Field Executives are no longer allowed to take shop orders, money for shop orders, make arrangements for shop orders or deliver shop orders. No exceptions will be made.

Return Policy
We are consistently making changes in Girl Scouting to accommodate to girls' needs and to improve our council. One change here at the council is the way we do our returns. The Riverland Council Shop will only take back merchandise that comes back in its original packaging and the shop receipt of the original purchase within 60 days of purchase. The shop can only take back the current badges in the 2004-2005 Girl Scout Catalog. The shop does not accept any of the colored discontinued badges. Exceptions may be made on some fun patches. If the return amount is under $5.00, then there will be cash refund. If the refund amount is $5.01 or more, there will be a check refund. Checks will be mailed out in the middle and at the end of each month, depending on the time of the return. Badges that are received at Council Wide Events, may only be exchanged for other badges, no returns will be issued.
